1. Customization Application Requirements

To initiate a custom ceramic pot order, customers are required to provide the following information to our team via online chat:

• Detailed design drawings/sketches of the desired pot shape (clear dimensions and structural details are preferred);
• Exact size specifications (including mouth diameter, height, bottom diameter, etc.);
• Specific customization requirements (e.g., glaze color, texture, drain hole design, engraving, etc.).

Our team will review the provided requirements and confirm whether the customization is feasible. We will only accept orders for customization requests that are technically achievable with our production capabilities.

2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for Custom Pots

Minimum order quantities vary based on pot size (measured by mouth diameter) and customization requirements, as follows:

• Small Pots (≈10cm mouth diameter): MOQ of 20 units per design; up to 2 glaze colors available for customization.
• Medium Pots (≈15cm mouth diameter): MOQ of 10 units per design per single glaze color.
• Large Pots (≈20cm mouth diameter): MOQ of 5 units per design; up to 5 glaze colors available for customization.
• Extra-Large Pots (≥25cm mouth diameter): MOQ of 1 unit per design.

Please note: We reserve the right to decline customization requests for extremely small-sized items with low order quantities, as they are not economically or technically feasible for production. However, we will accept such requests if the total order volume meets our minimum production threshold.

3. Customization Pricing & Surcharges

Custom ceramic products are subject to additional surcharges based on the complexity of the design, material requirements, glaze options, and production process. The specific surcharge amount will be quoted by our team after reviewing your customization requirements via online chat.

A non-refundable deposit (typically 50% of the total order value) is required to confirm a custom order, with the balance due before shipment.

4. Communication & Confirmation Process

All customization details (design, size, MOQ, pricing, production timeline) must be confirmed via our online chat channel before order placement. Our team will provide a formal quotation and production timeline within 1-2 business days of receiving your complete requirements.

By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and agree to the confirmed MOQ, pricing, and production terms. No changes to the customization requirements will be accepted after the production process has commenced.
